Return and warranty policy
According to the provisions of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding consumer rights, a product can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. The costs of its return will be borne by the customer. In this interval, the customer must notify the merchant in writing of his intention, and the product can only be returned if it is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse the product upon receipt, if it has been used.

The value of the product will be returned by:

- payment order within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

The transport fee will be borne by the customer.

The period of 14 calendar days provided for the exercise of this right begins to run for the products, from the date of their receipt by the consumer.

A product can be returned if it has not been unsealed/used.

Distance contract means the contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, within a sales system organized by the trader, who exclusively uses, before and at the conclusion of this contract, one or more techniques of remote communication.

The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without citing any reason.

According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer is responsible for paying the expenses related to the return of the products to the merchant.

The right to cancel the purchase does not apply to legal entities.

The repayment of the amounts will be made in no more than 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by the consumer.
